Large Double Room in Bath with Bills included

Bills included?? Even in this cost of living crisis?? Oh yes - indeed! So you get this huge room, and a bathroom with fancy showers and bath and no end of hot water! How sad, that we see having heat and water as a pro. How I hanker for the good old days when normal people could spend their money on beer and hats and fripperies. So, what are the pros and cons?

Pros: wooden floors, modern kitchen and bathroom, chilled, friendly household, flat walk to town, parking space on driveway, garden for when the sun eventually comes out, fancypants lion in the living room. Walking distance to town (flat route along the river) On main Bristol/Bath X39 bus route.

Cons: We do have a cat so if you are allergic this isn't the house for you. We allow smoking inside, so if you disapprove of that sort of malarkey then this isn't the house for you.
