Bright, spacious double room to rent in Larkhall.

The property is located within short walking distance of a bus stop which takes you to the centre of town in 15 minutes. The city centre is also walkable (about 30 minutes) and free on street parking is available at the property.

Larkhall village, with shops and cafe's is just a short walk away from the property. The countryside and Charlcombe valley are also within short walking distance of the property for those who enjoy country walks.

The room includes use of the bathroom, kitchen, living room and garden, all of which would be shared with my partner and I, and one other lodger. All bills are included in the monthly rent.

We are a professional couple in our mid 20's. The house is our home, and we take pride on it being clean & tidy, so we would like to find someone who shares these values.
