Single room with shower room in family home

We have a single room for a female to rent in our home in Bath. The room is a small single loft room and shower room on it's own floor. The room has a bed, chest of drawers and a bedside table. My husband and I live with our youngest son, aged 18. We also provide foster care for a care leaver, so we would arrange a DBS check for any lodger. We have two older children aged 25 and 23 who are living away from home, but are sometimes around in Uni holidays.
Our home is a typical Bath terraced house. Lodgers have full use of a new and modern kitchen, including cupboard space for food.
We are very friendly and welcoming and love sharing our home. All bills are included, including fast WI-FI.
