Single room with shower room in family home

We have a single room for a female to rent in our home in Bath. The room is a small single loft room and shower room on it's own floor. The room has a bed, chest of drawers and a bedside table. My husband and I live with our youngest son, aged 18. We also provide foster care for a care leaver or young asylum seeker, so we would arrange a DBS check for any lodger. We have two older children aged 25 and 23 who are living away from home, but are sometimes around in Uni holidays.
Our home is a typical Bath terraced house. Lodgers have full use of a new and modern kitchen, including cupboard space for food.
We are very friendly and welcoming and love sharing our home. We have had lodgers living with us for many years. All bills are included, including fast WI-FI.
