Short term - Furnished Room in Lovely Location

My husband and I have a lovely furnished semi lower ground floor room in this desirable road only 10 mins walk to the city centre, 15mins to Bath Spa BR and closer still to the bars shops and restaurants of Bear flat and Mooreland Road.

The room has it's own private facilities that include a walk in wet room, separate loo, a double bed, TV, storage etc etc.

We are looking for a lodger who is clean, tidy and respectful. We care about the environment and are big animal lovers so a vegetarian would be preferred.

You will have use of our lovely kitchen and there will be a designated area in our sunny garden that you can enjoy.

We also have a beautiful second loving room that you can use most evenings, perhaps for working or to watch Netflix etc on the TV in there?

We are sociable people who do our own thing, but are always happy to help you out if needed!

The rent includes all bills and max speed broadband.
