One room in a three-bedroom flat on London Road

Please read below carefully.

- Five mins walk to Morrisons supermarket. Twenty mins walk to city centre. Very quiet neighbourhood.
- Three bedrooms, one living room and one bathroom. Equipped with all the necessary furniture and electrical appliances. But the remaining two rooms are a bit small so I am happy to pay a larger proportion of the rent. Please respect each other and divide the shared spaces equally.
- Rent is paid every three months. I am happy to take care of utility bills and communication with the landlord.
- Council tax: Band A.
- I have a 3-year-old golden retriever boy.
- We hope to share the flat with female professionals, but we can consider undergraduates or postgraduates as well.
- We hope our new flatmates are not too noisy, especially during the night. Respect each other's privacy and do not enter others' rooms or touch others' belongings. No big parties at home please but I am very happy if you just want to invite a few friends over for films or meals. Strictly no smoking or heavy drinking at home please!
