Riverside Home (bills inclusive)

We are located beside the river and canal in Bath.
The single room has a new mattress and built in storage space. All bed linen/duvet will be provided unless you have your own. I have extra storage room should you require this.

Shared areas include: kitchen, lounge, dining room, bathroom, garden, conservatory (yoga/weights etc). There is a desk downstairs which you would be welcome to use. Please note we only have one bathroom, it needs to be shared, so you would need to be mindful about this.

From our house we have excellent transport links into Bath. There is free parking. It takes 3-4 mins to walk to the bus stop and it is a short 6-8 min bus journey into Bath. If you want to walk into the city centre, it takes 20 mins along the canal to Pultenay Bridge, or bike it in 10 mins. Sydney Gardens and Larkhall Village are both a short walk away. The canal towpath is 5 mins away and is perfect for walking/running for exercise. We also have a shed for bike storage.

You would be sharing with myself, my son (16) and our cat - Ronnie. I am a teacher and enjoy meeting new people!

The room is currently available until the end of November.

Rent includes all bills.
