Double rm in detached Georgian house w huge garden

I am looking for a sharer for my home, which I live in, accompanied by my two friendly cats.

Beautiful spacious double room, recently redecorated and furnished. Overlooking a leafy back garden which has gorgeous places to sit. Two bathrooms, living room, separate dining room, separate kitchen, large hallway.

The house is historic and sits on the southern side of Bath on Entry Hill in a tranquil neighbourhood, with panoramic views over the city centre and surrounding hills. You can walk straight into the countryside, or down the hill into Bear Flat and on into town. The location is at the top of the hill, so suits a bus/taxi back. The location ideally suits someone with a car (there is plentiful free parking).

You will share with me, the live-in landlady, aged 44. Professional female working partly from home. This is a peaceful home and a special place which is well taken care of.

About you - This is unfortunately not suitable for student sharers or those living away from home for the first time. I am looking for a professional or mature student. ideally aged 30+. You like your own space but enjoy the occasional shared meal or glass of wine and chat. You must like cats as I have two who are very friendly. It would be fine if you worked from home a few days a week but not 100%. The communal spaces within the house are well separated, and the kitchen is fully equipped. You are clean, tidy and respectful of a well furnished home environment.

The rental is available either full time or Mon-Fri or less, with rent adjusted accordingly.

All bills are included with the monthly rent.
