Flat is on the third floor with narrow staircase no lift access - take this in to account for moving.
1 Bathroom, Shared living room and kitchen with washing machine (no dryer).

Our household is quiet and peaceful, we use the living room to read and craft - if you have similar hobbies you're welcome to set up shop in it too. There's space in the undercroft outside for bike storage too.

We expect a clean, tidy, considerate flatmate, who is willing to share cleaning and maintenance tasks. We contribute £10 a month to a communal kitty which is expected of you as well and come under bills.
Bills are not included and come to around £100+ on average in summer and can double in winter. Gas+electricity is calculated every month so budge accordingly. We're Council tax band B.
