Flatmate needed! Double room close to city centre

I’m looking for someone to take over my flatmate's room when she moves out on the 10th of July. The room will be available around the 11th.

New pictures coming soon as the flat has changed since these were taken. The flat comes unfurnished, but i have furnished the living space. My flatmate has a bed and some furniture in her room which she want’s to sell to the new tenant moving in.

It is a double room in a ground floor flat, really close to the centre of Bath (BA1). There’s an open plan living room & kitchen which we would share. It’s a lovely space with large windows and high ceilings. The back garden is also ours, and there's a separate area where the washing machine is and where we keep our bikes.
The rent is £550, excluding bills. All the bills would be split equally between us. Countil tax is £180 per month (£90 each). Bills tend to be around £170 total.

I’m looking for someone I’ll get along with and feel comfortable around—ideally, a working professional.
I’m 26, female, and I work full-time teaching martial arts. I run a lot, and I love being in nature and doing art related things.
I’m queer and vegan. An ideal flatmate would be someone respectful, chill and friendly. Someone who keeps the place clean and tidy, and maybe has some similar interests.

I am currently away at Glastonbury festival. I may be unable to respond to messages until the 1st of July. However as soon as i’m back i’ll respond and arrange some viewings.
