(TAKEN) a large stand-alone double bedroom at the back of the house, connected only by the kitchen, next to the back entrance, en-suite with large double bed. Perfect for those who enjoy a lot more privacy without having to share their bathroom. Room is spacious, with a double bed, working desk, drawers and cupboard closet.

(AVAILABLE) a medium-sized double bedroom, upper floor, facing the main road with sunlight coming in every morning. Comes with a double bed, working desk, drawers and cabinet closet.

You will be living with two second-year PhD student (1f 1m) in Psychology. We are friendly and nice, loves to cook (almost every day) and would love to have house dinners from time to time. Personally I like gardening as well as reading, but I mostly spend my time working on different work and projects in my room, so pretty busy! But I do take the role of a lead tenant seriously, and that includes making sure the house is in good living condition at all times (i. e., cleaning, maintenance, etc).

We are looking for clean and responsible housemates who knows how to take care of the house and keep communal areas clean and tidy, and a nice and friendly person who also respects the privacy and quiet needed as I tend to have a lot of work to do at night and over the weekend. In general, the vibes in the house is friendly and study-focused, and any issues will be discussed openly as sensible adults in house meetings.

Okay to have friends over for small gatherings (e. g., for dinner, boardgames night, etc) but no loud music and no large social gatherings please.

Bills are not included in rent, and energy cost alone would range from £30 (during summer) to roughly £80 (during winter). Water came to about £15 per person per month, and wifi depends on how much speed we all need (currently £10 per person per month).
