Double Room Nr City Centre - Monday-Friday

Use of bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and garden.

MONDAY TO FRIDAY ONLY
i. e. arriving Sunday night after 8pm or Monday morning, departing on Friday morning.

Suit professional who works typical daytime office hours to fit in with professional household, someone who is tidy, mature and reasonably quiet. Sorry no overnight guests.

Double bedroom:
Double bed, fitted wardrobe, desk, lamp, office chair, drawers, bookshelves. Fitted reading lights above the bed.

Bathroom:
Next to the bedroom and shared with me and my other lodger. Bath and shower.

Kitchen:
Washing machine, tumble dryer, cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, kettle and toaster. (Own cupboard)
There is also a table, 2 chairs and floor lamp.

Garden:
Lawn and patio (with seating).

On-street parking (parking permit available at a charge).
The property is located a 7 minute walk from the train station and a 5 minute walk from the bus station.
