Next to the bedroom and shared primarily with me. (My other lodger only stays a few nights each month.) Bath and shower.

Washing machine, tumble dryer, cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, kettle and toaster. (Own cupboard)
There is also a table, 2 chairs and floor lamp.
Garden:
Lawn and patio (with seating).
On-street parking (available at £1 per day).
The property is located a 7 minute walk from the train station and a 5 minute walk from the bus station.
