Room to rent from end June to early October

I am looking for a lodger, for a maximum of 4 months from the end of June to early October whilst I'm away working. It is a two bedroom house in the "new build" part of Haycombe Drive, Bath. My housemate will be there and is sociable, creative and easy going. You will have use of shared bathroom, downstairs toilet, living room, kitchen and garden. Dedicated parking space. There are regular buses into town or a 10 minute drive / 40 minute walk.
South west side of Bath, so easy to drive to Bristol.

Would suit professional/employed.
No pets allowed (as I have a cat) and no smokers/vapers please.
Short walk (2 mins) to local Co-op, take aways and a few other shops.
The room is nice and light, has a double bed and large built-in wardrobe.
