Double bedroom in central Bath

Double room in a grade II listed Georgian ground floor flat with garden.

Hello,
My name is Lucie, I’m a 28 year old working professional and I’m looking for a flat mate to join me in my home. I’m a live in landlady, very friendly, easy going, tidy and so looking for someone likeminded.

I work in Adult Social Care and normally from the office a few days a week and wfh the other days, I travel to visit family and friends a few weekends a month but I’m usually around in the evenings and always willing to do something fun. I have a cat called Monty who is very friendly and loves cuddles.

The room is a south facing double bedroom with a mezzanine level and view of the garden. It has built in cupboards, a double bed, bedside table and full length mirror.

It’s a ground floor flat a few minutes walk from the city centre and Victoria park, it has on street parking (permit needed but should be easy to apply for), an enclosed garden out the back and a shared kitchen, bathroom and living room.

I’m looking for another professional who does not work full time from home, I’m happy to live with someone who is present within the property or open to more flexible arrangements (eg. mon-fri only). I’m afraid no other pets allowed.

Rent is £750 per month including all bills (wifi, tv licence, council tax, gas, electric and water).
