Looking for a housemate

Hi, my name is Kate and I’m a 28 year old professional. Im potentially looking for a tidy and friendly housemate to join me on a private short term rental (around 6 months maybe longer) in a lovely two bedroom apartment in Bath in lower Bristol road. The flat is close to M&S, Lidl and McDonald’s (less than 5min walk). Me and my boyfriend are currently both on the tenancy but he is not moving in until summer time (he comes every weekend only)- so it is just me in the week. The room has a double bed and wardrobe but will fit in a desk and night stand. We have an open plan kitchen with living room, and 1.5 baths. The flat came half-furnished, but have furnished it myself. I currently work at the RUH, where it’s a 20min walk to, bus is right outside our place (into central Bath - 5 bus and Bath SpaUni - U5 bus)with Oldfield park train being a 15min walk away. And a 25-30min walk into central town Bath. There are two puregyms nearby. There is a river Avon nearby with a really nice walk further down to Bath riverside. Victoria park is a 15 minute walk or so. Would like to find someone easy to get along with who will respect our shared space together by keeping them neat and tidy at all times and help make it a home. I do have a free roam pet bunny, so make sure you close your bedroom door!

Rent is 1260 for us together, All bills are separate from rent, council tax is 180, water is around 50£ a month, electric is pay as you go (about £20 a week- we can alternate) have good broadband connection and we can share a gym membership and tv subscriptions :). It’s around £800 with bills.

Im quite a relaxed, introverted person, who prefers to stay in but will go out for a drink or two once in a while. I do enjoy my own space and privacy but would also enjoy some takeaway nights and watching Netflix. Likes shopping, arts and crafts and drama/thriller TV shows. Will practically sleep through anything so don’t mind you working or coming back home late.
Ideally looking for someone my age or a little older. Female is preferred
