Clean, quiet room in shared home

We are a friendly, middle-aged couple offering a clean, comfortable room in our home in Bath.

Sorry, WE CANNOT ACCEPT STUDENTS due our home insurance.

It would suit a tidy, responsible person, who is self-sufficient, and happy to share space with us and one other lodger.

The room has a double bed, desk, chair, wash basin and wardrobe. Plus view of the back garden.

You will have the use of a big, shared kitchen with induction hob, fan oven, fridge, microwave, and cupboard space; plus a utility room containing washing machine and freezer.

You will share a bath/shower room with (mostly) one other person.

There's a small back garden and washing line.
On-road car parking is available if you buy an annual residential permit.

Bath Spa station and the city centre are under a mile walk (20 mins). Alexandra Park and Bear Flat shops, pubs and takeaways are nearby.
