Lovely fully furnished double room in a very convenient location in a quiet cul-de-sac. This is a two floors semidetached house the bedroom is on the second floor right next to the bathroom.

There is an excellent public transport service with a stop right around the corner. Or a 5 Min walk to the Odd Down park & ride.

There is also non-designated parking area right in front of the house.

I am looking for a mature student or a professional to share my house with. As I travel frequently, you will be the sole occupant of the house for most of the rental period.
