Double room in Bath suburbs.

On bus routes. Ensuite Bath room. I have one other lodger. the room is a split level room with access to the bathroom from the lower level. The room is furnished with a double bed and a double wardrobe. All bills are included in the rent money. There will be space given in the larder as well as the fridge for food storage. I do not allow clothes to be dried on radiators as this creates damp on the walls. I am a young widow with a very active life. I travel a lot and I do have a large dog. If you are scared of dogs do not apply to view the room. I will not allow people who are scared of dogs as this is his home first. I am very accommodating and happy to provide references from previous lodgers as well as my current lodger. I will specify again I would prefer another lady in the house but i am happy to interview before I make a final decision.
