The house is fully equipped including dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer, kitchen essentials etc. Plenty of space with a large kitchen and spacious living room leading to a sunny back garden.

Located in the lovely Weston Village in a no through road with free on street parking, plus a shared driveway. 2 min walk to the bus stop and high street that has pubs, takeaways, Tesco, boots, post office etc. The regular busses get you to town in around 25mins. (5 min walk to RUH so ideal location if you work there)

Bills are included in the rent (this includes council tax and TV licence) plus a fortnightly cleaner for the communal areas!

6 month minimum contract, then rolling monthly.
