We have a 3 bedroom Semi-detached house located in Odd down Bath with 1 single room available.

The rent for this room is £590/month, the deposit is same . All bills are included. You will share the house with two other students. The house is well maintained with quite new facilities. It will be brand new bathroom with shower . Brand new Microwave etc .

The location has direct bus routes to Bath town center, Bath Spa University and University of Bath. The buses are frequent and numerous, allowing easy travels across the city. There are many supermarkets near the house, such as Sainsbury's, Co-op and Tesco. Additionally, our location is very close to hairdressers, fish& chips shops, Chinese takeaway etc. Overall, it is a very convenient place for residents.

This room is available from now for rent at least to next year June . Or you could be replacement term from now to middle of September this year . However, we will be doing bathroom during 12/07/24 to 22/07/24 , so during this time you need to stay where else or you could just move in after 22/07/24
