Rental period can be flexible.

- **Rent:** £700 per month, **No Deposit Required**
- **Bills:** All included
- **Ideal For:** Those who haven’t found permanent housing yet or are on a short-term visit
- **Duration:** Available for one, two, or three months, with flexible start dates
** The mattress is a memory foam, very comfortable to sleep on.

**Household:**
- You'll be sharing the house with a 28 young woman and her 7-year-old son, so we prefer female tenant.
- **Transport:** Excellent transport links:
- Bus 1 & 8 to Bath city centre within 10minutes
- Oldfield Park station (15-minute walk, 5-minute by bus)

**House Features:**
- A large kitchen and a spacious living room
- Sometimes, your housemate might cook a meal for you
- Shared bathroom with two adults and one child
