1 room in 3 bedroom share, PhD Student or Postdoc

Hello! We are renting a room from August 2024 in Bath City Centre on Duke Street. Looking for a PhD student or Postdoc preferably to fill available room. The room is double with a single bed at the minute, that can be changed, and there is a shared bathroom, kitchen and living room with a dining table as shown in the images. The flat is in a perfect location right in the heart of the city centre, 1 mins from a bus stop up to the university, and a 5 minutes walk from the Bath Spa Train station as well as the coach station.

We are looking for nice, clean, tidy, respectful, social people who can ideally become friends. :)
We prefer to share the flat with fellow PhD students or Postdocs ideally. We are international 2nd year PhD students. Would definitely be up for group activities and day trips, while respecting privacy and space when needed.
