I’m a single woman - for some reason the online form wouldn’t process this so it’s showing current flatmates as 1 man and 1 woman.

Female applicants only. Considerate and kind housemate wanted. If you work night shifts this isn’t the right houseshare for you. Fridge freezer, washing machine and there will be a dishwasher in due course. I don’t drive so there is space in the garage for a car and also bikes.
