Cosy Room in a modern shared house

This is a good-sized room that can come either furnished or unfurnished based on what you would prefer (please contact me for details). The furniture that is on offer is an Ikea wardrobe, drawer unit, Large Sofa, clothing rack, Single Bed and mattress.

The house Has a shared communal area and an office equipped for everything needed for work. Bills generally come to £96 a month which includes internet, electrical, gas, council tax.

We are currently three professional males between 22 -30. We do like to hang out together and watch movies, play board games, and have BBQs but also like our own space and chill in our rooms from time to time. on-road parking is available.
