Double room with en suite - bills included

This light and spacious double bedroom is newly decorated and carpeted with an en suite bathroom, king size bed and ample storage space. I can also provide a desk and chair, if required.

The room occupies the top floor of my home on Minster Way, a 20 min walk from the city centre and close to the University of Bath, with the U1 bus stop at the bottom of Bathwick Hill a 10-15 min walk away. Cleveland Pools are less than a 10 min walk away (once they reopen!) and the canal path and Sydney Gardens only 5 mins away.

Rent includes:

- All bills including boosted WiFi, utilities, council tax etc.
- Sky TV including main streaming services, Sky Cinema etc - I am happy to provide a TV for the room or you are welcome to bring your own and I can arrange for Sky access
- Access to spacious family kitchen with own fridge/freezer and excellent facilities
- Access to washing machine, dishwasher, tumble dryer
- Access to large garden
- Fortnightly cleaner
- Parking

I have two children aged 9 and 7 who live with me every other week, but the room is well sound proofed from the rest of the house and it is very quiet on the weeks they are not here. I also have a cat.

The room is for one person only and I am ideally looking for a female student or professional who is independent and looking for a room to sleep and study in, rather than a housemate as I often work in the main living areas in the evening.

£250 deposit required and I am happy to charge rent on a weekly or monthly basis. Mon-Fri let also available for £650 pm.
