We are mature easy going couple and usually have international students staying with us. Nice house and lovely garden I would say you should like cats as we have 2 very friendly ones!! On bus route lots of buses and close to Chelsea rd with a good selection of shops cafes etc! Twenty minute walk into town or five minutes or so on bus. Although we are a mature couple we are vey young at heart and do not place lots of rules and regulations in our tenants!! You are free to come and go as you like and will be able to use kitchen to prepare food !! Obviously the price reflects that all the bills including broadband are included and if you are a student will find the room is very peaceful for study
