Room available in lovely house in Lower Weston

I’m looking for a new roommate to move into my lovely house in Lower Weston. There are two bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, dining room, conservatory, 1 full bathroom, 1 extra loo, and a big garden.

The room available is part furnished, there is a chest of drawers, and a mattress available or can get rid. The house has also been furnished by me.

We’re a 20 minute walk from the centre of town and are right on the X39 bus route to Bristol. Rent is low for the area and we live on a nice quiet street where the neighbours are friendly. I’m looking to extend my current contract for 6 months from September, but open to longer term arrangements.
The landlord is really nice and arranges repairs very quickly. I’ve lived here for 2 years with no issues.
I’m a quiet but sociable young professional who works from home in marketing. I’m a non smoker, love reading, films, long walks, gaming, and love to keep the place tidy. Looking for someone similar! ✨
