Room available for short let until August 17th

Suit someone needing to visit Bath in the next few weeks only!

Light airy double room in family house in quiet area of Bath close to buses for town, uni, railway station etc. 15 minute walk to Moorland Rd shops, cafes etc. Plenty of green spaces & walks nearby.
Household is myself, landlady living in extension at the side and an engineer from Sri Lanka who has been here several years and works from home a lot, and occasional visits from one of my sons.
There is no ensuite but the toilet is next door to the bedroom.
Bills are included and Virgin Wi-Fi.
Council tax band is C.
I would prefer another male lodger as it works better with the facilities.
I am open to any reasonable short let as long as it ends by August the 17th at the latest as my family are coming from Canada and will need the room.
Free street parking is available if required.
