Room and study in house shared with one

Hey! I'm looking to rent a single room with a separate study in a lovely two-bed house in Oldfield Park from September

The bedroom fits a double bed, and just over the corridor is a study/dressing room, with a desk, chair, and a large wardrobe, which would be yours too. Ideal for work-from-homers. The landlord Neil has recently decorated both rooms and put a bath in the wash room.

There is a shared bathroom and kitchen, a spacious living/dining area, lots of storage (inc for bikes!) and a nice garden. We also have on-street parking.

It's a 25 minute walk to the centre of Bath and 5 minutes to Moorland Road shops (and cafes).

You'll be sharing with me, Nathan. I'm a 24 and I work in permitting within the water industry. I'm a mix of working in the office in Claverton and WFH. I enjoy cooking and spend my spare time at CrossFit, on the weekends i can be dotted around visiting local coffee shops or meeting with friends (or going home to Oxford to see my family). If I'm in you might find me reading or listing to music, quite easy going and like a chat.

Just to give a heads up I'm away at a music festival for the weekend.
