Hey! My housemate and I are moving out of this 2 bedroom house. This leaves 2 rooms available for 2 people 'Max' to rent.

Bedroom 1, located at the front of the house, has ample space and features a double bed, desk and chair, a large wardrobe, and additional utility space.

Bedroom 2 fits a double bed, and just over the corridor is a study/dressing room, with a desk, chair, and a large wardrobe, which would be yours to. Ideal for work-from-homers. The landlord Neil has recently decorated both rooms and put a bath in the wash room.

There is a shared bathroom and kitchen, a spacious living/dining area, lots of storage (inc for bikes!) and a nice garden. We also have on-street parking.

Ideal for working professionals.

It's a 25 minute walk to the centre of Bath and 5 minutes to Moorland Road shops (and cafes).
