Lovely double room

I have a lovely furnished room available in my two-bedroom Georgian artisan house in Bath for £1,000 per month.
This is a little different from a typical house share. Although this is my home and I’ll be keeping my own bedroom and outside studio, I’ll be away for the majority of the time. This means that, for much of the time, you’ll have the house and its communal spaces largely to yourself.
The house has lots of character and feels very much like a home rather than a rental property. You’ll have your own furnished bedroom and full use of the living areas, kitchen and garden.
I’ll occasionally return to stay in my room or use my outside studio, and I’ll come back from time to time to look after the garden, water the plants and take care of any maintenance that needs doing. I’ll always be respectful of your privacy and give appropriate notice when visiting.
The person I’m looking for
For me, finding the right person is much more important than simply filling the room.
I’d love to find someone who is clean and tidy, respectful of my home and belongings, and who will look after the house as though it were their own.
I’m also looking for someone kind, friendly and approachable. As I’ll be away a lot, having someone I can trust and have a good relationship with is really important to me.
I think it would be particularly suited to a professional who enjoys their own space and is looking for somewhere peaceful and comfortable to call home, rather than a busy or conventional house share.
£1,000 per month
You’ll have your own furnished bedroom, use of the kitchen, living areas and garden and, for the majority of the time, the privacy of having a beautiful Georgian house largely to yourself.
I’ll retain my own bedroom and outside studio and will occasionally stay at the house, so I’m looking for someone who is comfortable with this slightly unusual but mutually beneficial arrangement.
