Low rent for some domestic help

We are looking for someone who can help with cooking etc 1 night a week. We are an old couple. The rooms are a bed-sit with en-suite and an independent kitchen. If you like pets we have a cat and dog and you are welcome to interact with them as much as you like, but can easily exclude them from your areas. We are very close to the University.. You will need to buy a resident’s parking permit if you wish to keep a car here.
