Double Room for rent in lush house on Bath canal

Spacious Double Room in a beautiful house, 10 minute walk from city centre, can be furnished or unfurnished.

This is a shared house with a two mature students already in place, we have a big bedroom that has windows that face onto the Avon River and is right on the canal that goes along to Sydney Gardens. 

We are a fun and social household, one of us works a 9-5 and one of us works as a cocktail bartender, so there are often people at home watching movies, cooking up food or chilling playing cards.  We like to get out and do stuff together, and ideally we’d like to bring someone in that will join in and have some fun.  We also have an fluffy adorable cat, so being happy with pets is a must. 

Unfortunately there isn’t any parking available at the property.

All bills are included, and access to Disney +, Netflix, Amazon etc are all available on the TV in the living room. We also have a fully kitted out kitchen that will be open to use.

There is an open plan living room, dining room and kitchen downstairs which we consider to be shared living space and then 3 bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs. 

The right person for this household will be sociable, clean and (ideally) vegetarian/ pescatarian.
