House Share Bath

I am looking for a lodger for my beautiful double bedroom (single person only no couples). This would make a great base for the right person.
Short term lets considered, but longer term from 6-12 months preferred. Rent per month: £1,000.
Use of shared bathroom, kitchen and living room during sociable hours.
Cat owner, but cat goes outside or is in one room and does not roam the house.
Would suit a full time professional who is out all day or a mature student.
Must be mature, respectful, quiet and tidy. This is very much a home environment and not a typical house share.
Basic space for garment hanging and drawers for other items provided.
Bills included (considerate usage only).
20 minute walk to Bath centre with bus routes nearby, Bath Spa station close by.
References, verified identification, proof of permanent address, contract and deposit required.
