Spacious double room in the centre of Bath

DOUBLE ROOM AVAILABLE IN BATH CITY CENTRE 📍

Hi all! A double room has become available in our lovely 3 bedroom flat in Bath city centre. The room will be available from 1st Oct, and rent will be £490 pcm excl bills, which are roughly £150 each. You would need to be able to provide references from previous landlord, and a deposit of 1 month’s rent. Council tax band B - £164 per month split between 3.

We are ideally looking for a female professional in full time employment who is respectful and clean & tidy. We would love to find someone who is independent but also loves a good old catch up over a cup of tea! ☕️

🛌 The bedroom comes furnished with a bed, wardrobe, and some drawer space, but you are welcome to replace or remove these if you prefer.

👯‍♀️ A bit about us
We are both in our late twenties/early thirties, sociable, and enjoy spending time with our friends. We love going on walks or for a drink at the pub, but also enjoy cosy film nights and home-cooked meals. We would like someone who is independent but treats the flat as a home with us and enjoys an after work catch-up!

To note:
🚗 Parking is available via a resident parking permit which would have to be applied directly with BANES council and is limited to the parking that is available within the centre.

🐶 Unfortunately no pets or full time students. As neither of us smoke, we are also looking for a non-smoker/vaper.
