Larkhall terraced house

We’re moving out mid September to move to a different town and need someone to move in! It’s an informal rental with a rolling contract due to the house being sold within the next year. I’m organising the change of tenants but our landlord will be in touch and little details.

Larkhall has 2 lovely pubs within 5 minutes walking distance along with a co op and 2 delis that are lovely. It’s also the perfect distance away from the city centre and only 35 minutes from Bristol via driving. Lots of free parking on the street.

We’ve lived here for over a year now and it’s absolutely perfect, it’s a shame for us to say goodbye to this place but is perfect for someone looking for an easy rolling contact.
