I'm a postgraduate student at the University of Bath and the two other tenants are also postgraduate students in the same uni.
I'm looking for my replacement in this beautiful house. My room has a double bed, desk, chair, walking closet, and mirror. It's nice and comfy.
Prefer female students but male students are also fine.
Need somebody who can sign the contract today/tomorrow as I have paid my deposit and rent here. So, need a replacement asap.
