Double room(s) available from late January 2025!

I am looking for a replacement tenant for my room for when I go on placement in February. The house is newly refurbished and through Joint Living so you will have your own contract and deposit that is separate from the other tenants. It is a quiet area but with good transport links to the city centre and both universities, as well as free on-street parking. There are two bathrooms between six people, so shouldn't be any waiting around! Please note that the tenant must be a student - there is currently a mix of Uni of Bath and Bath Spa students in the house.

The tenancy will run until 1st August 2025, with the opportunity to renew. I am currently paying £235 pw inc. bills, but I am happy to reduce this to £195 for someone happy to move in from late January/early February. The security deposit is £1175 - Joint Living also accept Reposit.

My friend lives in the same property and is also looking for a replacement at this time, so this could be suitable for two friends looking to live together.
