Looking for someone to move in asap!
Newly refurbished and refurnished flat in Morford Street, brand new kitchen and bathroom, all new furniture and white goods.
Looking for one person to take over my tenancy asap - the contract ends 31st July.
The room has a double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, desk + chair and chest of drawers.
Location is Morford Street, near Victoria Park and about a 10 minute walk to the centre.
Only students please due to council tax, unless you're happy to pay the whole council tax yourself! (Band B)
Bills are about £70‐85 per month.
