Odd down room available for students

Hello everyone, I have a room available in a 3-bedroom house at 5 Bloomfield Drive due to an unexpected change in my placement location.

The landlord prefers if the student is a: Final year, Placement, Masters, or Postgrad student.

The house would be shared with one boy and one girl, both in their final year. They are both part of the Latin and Ballroom dance club and on the committee. They also both share an interest in drinking, DnD, and boardgames, among other things. They would like someone they have something in common with.
