1 spacious room in a 3-bedroom house in BA1

Hi there!

We have 1 unfurnished room available from 13 October, 2024 with 2 other Bath graduate students.

The room is super spacious and currently unfurnished (but has a big shelf included). The house has 1 bathroom, 2 toilets, shared living room and kitchen, 1 backyard with lots of plants from a current housemate, and a front yard for parking.

There are 2 gyms only 1-5 minutes walk from the house, a bus stop right outside (towards Bristol), a 5 minute walk to bus stop to Bath uni campus, and 10 minute walk to supermaket and other shops.
