A lovely cosy room available in a 2 bedroom flat living with one other male professional & a small dog who is very friendly and crate trained. The flat is located right behind the Royal Crescent, with Victoria Park a 2 minute walk away & the city centre 7 minutes walk into town. The flat is the perfect location for anyone who works in Bath or needs a base to get around Bath. There is a shared lounge/ dinning room and the flat comes with all key amenities, a kitchen and bathroom. To note the kitchen is small but functional. There is permit parking if required and parking is located outside the front door. Total bills are roughly £140 per month per person ( council tax, water, gas, electric & wifi). There is no tumble dryer but there is a launderette with a tumble dryer 1 minute from the flat. The flat is quite small but cosy & is located on the top floor ( so there are quite a few stairs). The only downside with the room is the washing machine is located in one of the cupboards - so access will be required by the other tennant- this has never been an issue in the past but wanted to mention.
