Hi there, due to personal reasons I am moving out of my room in a 4 bed flat (student accommodation) I am looking for another student to take my room. Currently 3 girls living in the flat which includes a living room, kitchen, two shared bathrooms and shared coat cupboard. Wi-Fi and TV licence included but bills not. With the flat there is a communal bike share, garden and residents only access to the square.

Location: St James’ Square
Rent: £570 per month
Avg. Bills: Gas and Electric £34.10 per month and Water £16.50 per month – subject to change depending on consumption.
Deposit: £690
Move in date: ASAP
Room includes: ¾ double bed, bedside table, x2 desk lamps, desk, desk chair, bin, x2 pin boards, x2 sets of drawers and a wardrobe.
Current tenants want a quiet house and moved in this September. Tenancy ends 1st August 2025. Prospective tenants must be open to further conversation between myself and current tenants to ensure a good fit within the flat.
