Oldfield Park Room Available for Students

Hi, we are a group of 5 University of Bath students living in a 6-bedroom house on Brook Road in Oldfield Park. We are looking for someone to replace our previous 6th housemate who has dropped out of uni. We are a friendly and quiet group of Maths and Business students who get along well with one another. We are preferably looking for a University of Bath or Bath Spa student but we will consider non-students as well. We're looking for someone clean and respectful to live with us. Bills are included in the price of the rent, we have a contract with UniHomes so we pay a fixed rate each month. The house has 2 bathrooms each with a toilet and a shower, a kitchen with 2 fridges and a freezer, a dishwasher, a washing machine and dryer, parking available outside and a back garden. The council tax band is C if you are a non-student, do not worry about this if you are a student.
