Large Room in Friendly House Share(Bills Included)

Hi,

We have a large double room available in a friendly house share in Oldfield Park.

You’ll be sharing with Alec and Liam, who are ideal house mates; both very easy going and considerate. Interests include running, hiking, gardening, nature, art and photography.

They’re both pretty sociable but also value quiet time and work fairly long days, so possibly not one for the party animals out there!

The house is a Victorian terrace, with key features/amenities as follows....

-Downstairs cloakroom (toilet/sink) as well the main upstairs bathroom

-Includes all bills, including fast broadband, Netflix and TV license

-Chiminea/fire pit and bbq available to use in the garden - The curved timber benching (hand built by Alec) is a great spot for group bbqs

-The room comes semi furnished, but things can be removed as needed.

- Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, belfast sink, large fridge (but I'm afraid no freezer - Sainsbury's is only a minutes walk away though)

-Utility room/area with washing machine and separate tumble dryer (useful)

-Quiet road, with little traffic, 5 mins walk from Oldfield Park station. 20mins relatively flat walk to the centre. The Two Tunnels cycling path can be accessed at the end of the road which is great for runs / cycling out into the countryside. Parking has recently become permitted, but you can park for free a couple of streets away.

The room is partly furnished, although the desk in the photos has been removed and the double bed has been changed by the previous tenant. He’s happy to leave the bed and mattress, but equally if you have your own this can be swapped out.
