Location: This is a very nice house with spacious bedroom, living room and dining room located in a superb location in Bath, Junction road (BA2,): it is 15-20 mins walk to city centre, 5 mins to Moorland road high street and 15 mins to Alexandra park. Oldfield park train station is 10 mins away. GP is next door.
Currently lodgers: There are currently two female professionals live here. We are looking for another female professional who is tidy and clean, quiet and respect personal space. Our daily life includes cooking, reading, exercise, no parties or any other crazy things at home:).
Cost: The rent is £500 per month excluding bills and CT. Energy bills is around £60 in summer, £100 in winter per person, CT is £80 per person.
House rules: no male friend stay overnight. No parties. Clean after yourselves to keep it clean for others. Give others a heads up when you have friends over for meals. Do not use other people’s stuff without letting them know, be respectful please.
The landlord is an English man, the contract will be signed with him directly, no third party cost.
The room is available from 1st Oct.
