£500/m Bath oldfield - female professional only

This is a very nice house with spacious bedroom, living room and dining room located in a superb location in Bath, 11 Junction road: 15-20 mins walk to city centre, 5 mins to Moorland road high street and 15 mins to Alexandra park. Oldfield park train station is 10 mins away also. GP is next door.

There are currently one female profession who works from home living here. We are looking for another two female professional who are tidy and clean, quiet and respect personal space.

My daily life includes cooking, reading, exercise, no parties or any other crazy things at home:).

The rent is £500 per month excluding bills and CT. CT is about £80 per person. Another room is £450.

The room is furnished but we need to share the furniture cost, £267 per person. Once you move out, you can charge this cost from the next tenant.

Landlord is an English man, the contract will be signed with him directly, no third party cost.

Both rooms are available from 15th March.
