Superb large single room

We are a small household of two creative students/professionals. One is a fine arts master's on a fellowship, and the other is an architecture and design professional currently on a Creative Writing master's.

We are looking for a third housemate to fill our quiet and creative household. The house itself is excellent, recently refurbished with a brand new kitchen and bathroom and open to decoration or turning into a home ideas. Its a three bedroom property, 3m from the U5 bustop. The house has its own large garden with an outdoor toilet for spring barbeques :)

Your room is tucked away and the most private in the whole house. It overlooks the garden and incredible quiet and has amazing morning light. If you desire, the room is large enough to fit a double bed. But you will have to provide this and your bedding.

The room and the house will suit a discreet and thoughtful student or professional.
