double room in three story, three bedroomed house, shared bathroom, there is a second toilet. large garden that backs onto the river Avon with access for kayaking and wild swimming. I am close to the canal and walking distance to town, bus and railway station.

my home would suit a professional woman who is clean and tidy and a non drinker! I have no objections to smoking but this happens outside the property and you must use an ashtray.

I have three wonderful cats in the property so you must like animals, they want your attention.

there is on street parking however a permit is required and that would be at extra cost to you, these can be purchased in monthly, six monthly or annually.

I am an easy going 42 year old woman with adult children & a three years old grandson who no longer live at home. they visit occasionally for meals so sometimes it can feel like a busy household but mostly its just me and my cats plodding through each week.

I do not object to visitors for occasional overnight stays but this must be discussed and agreed in advance.
