I have a lovely bright bedroom with double sized bed, fully furnished, in a 2 beds flat to rent available from 01 January 2025.

The flat is airy and cosy, with large windows, it has shared bathroom and living room, kitchen is fully equipped.

The flat is very well connected, walking distance from the city centre (5 minutes), a bus stop to Bristol and the airport right in front. There are local shops and a big Sainsbury's very close by.

Bills and council tax are not included, they are 180£ extra per month.

We are a dad and son household, plus 2 very friendly little dogs. It's a pretty laid back house and you're welcome to hang about for chats or hang out in your own space, totally up to you. I'm a friendly and polite 38 years old professional working as YouTube strategist.

Single occupancy only. I'm looking for a quiet, respectful and considerate professional or PhD student not working from home to share the apartment with us.
