Moving In Asap

we are looking for a student who could move in as soon as February in our 4 bedroom 2 bathroom home. it is currently housed by 3 girls and we are looking to fill up a room. The house is a 1-2 minute walk from 2 bus stops (one for uni of Bath) and a 1 minute walk from Co-Op and a couple other shops and is also a 30 minute bus ride from town. There is a shared living room, a back garden, communal kitchen plus a dishwasher and a washing machine. The room itself already comes with a double bed , wardrobe hanging space and a desk and chair. The current tenants are nice and respectful who love nights in . the bedroom displayed is not the room that is for rent but is one of the bedrooms in the house.
