Bright, airy double room in the centre of Bath

After 3 years my lovely housemate is moving out to live with her partner so I’m looking to fill her room.

The flat is located near Great Pultney Street and the beautiful Sydney Gardens, with easy access to the canal path and skyline trail.
The room is big, with high ceilings and a beautiful window that looks out onto the city - the pictures don't do it justice! It's on the third floor and comes with private parking. It is also a 15 minute walk from Bath Spa train and bus stations. Bills come to approx £150 each per month (tax band C).

My housemate is taking most of the furniture with her so this place is ideal for someone who has their owns bits/wants to make it their home.

I have a hybrid working schedule and work from the living room space approx 3 days a week so I’m ideally looking for someone who works outside of the home, though this isn’t a dealbreaker.

I’m hoping to find a housemate who is happy to have a glass of wine and watch some trash tv, but who has their own thing going on too. I tend to be away quite a bit whether it's travel, working in the office which is outside of Bath or staying with my partner who lives locally.

A bit about me, I’m a full time content creative working in the fashion industry and I’m also studying around this. I love food (but I'm a terrible cook), film, art, history and I am currently obsessed with aqua aerobics (you'll be thrilled to learn that classes are a ten minute walk from the flat).
