Utility room with washing machine and heated clothes rails ( in a pop up cover so washing can be dry in a couple of hours. Cleaning products for house provided including toilet rolls. 2 Cupboard spaces in kitchen and your own fridge freezer. £500pm straight to landlord then £230 for help with utility bills water, gas/ elec, broadband council tax. I’m a quiet friendly 55 yr old lady works at local primary school.
